From start to finish Bill Paulson did a great job

We had an awesome experience working with Bill! He was very communicative and responsive, even outside of working hours. We were first-time buyers, and Bill was very informative and patient in guiding us through the process. He worked with our time constraints and advocated for us in all negotiations. He provided us with multiple trustworthy connections, namely good inspectors and lawyers.

A friend of ours, helped by Bill to purchase a home a couple of years ago, introduced us. He was quick to reach out to us to understand what we were looking for (in terms of the type, speck, price and location) and also set us up to receive daily/weekly updates of home listings, including private home viewing. We started the search for our home with Bill in the Fall of 2016 and eventually found one that met our needs in Jan. 2018. Throughout the entire process, Bill proved to be highly knowledgeable.
